Shipping Policy

We deliver all over India based on the services available from logistics companies in India.

However please do note the following:

  • If we are unable to ship a Device to the address you have provided due to logistics reasons, you will be duly notified and not be charged for your order.
  • In case, we agree to ship to a location which our shipping partners do not cover, the customer will cover the logistics costs.
  • If a Device cannot be successfully delivered because you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the device will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled. Your paid amount in such an event will be refunded after deducting logistics & handling charges of the returned order.
  • If a Device is not successfully delivered because we or our delivery agent made a mistake, we shall make another attempt to deliver the product at our cost.
  • If you do not receive your Device, please¬†write to care@aquox.in with your order & contact details and our support team will get in touch with you.
  • Any delivery dates or times provided by us (or a delivery agent) are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally, we ship the items within 3 business days from date of order. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  1. Product's availability.
  2. The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

  • Whether our logistic partnerships to your location.
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
